Often the only surviving component of a leaky c-rat, authentic MCI B-units produced throughout the Vietnam war and discontinued in 1980.
These cans have kicked around for a few decades now. Expect minor defects in the paint, small dents, and possible rust in the seams. The worst of the lot have been culled and what you will receive will be substantially similar to what is in the photographs.
I would not expect the contents to be edible, and I do not recommend trying. I've opened a dozen and have not had anything I would be comfortable actually eating. However, they're an affordable collectible and a good pocket filler for adding the details to your Vietnam war impression.
