USGI surplus M1942 first aid pouches. Original in used condition. Expect fading, soiling, wear, fraying, and rust/corrosion. All snaps are functional and intact at time of shipment, and belt hook loop will be intact and usable although belt hook may be rusted. Mix of brass and steel hooks; no choice.
What can be seen of the markings in this lot makes it likely these are post-war/Korean War pouches, however the design is identical to the WWII issue.
